ABOUT US
KAUBIA is a unique platform aimed at supporting promising high-tech projects and aspiring entrepreneurs, with the goal of helping startups grow to the stage of securing funding and entering the market. Established in 2022 in the form of the Association of Legal Entities.
KAUBIA contributes to the development of the innovation and technology entrepreneurship ecosystem, formulation of a common development strategy, methodological approaches, ways to enhance quality, and implementation of breakthrough innovation projects. It also facilitates funding search, introduces new integration models between higher education institutions and foreign venture capital funds.
Being a partner of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) in developing a new approach to innovation policy in transition economy countries of the subregion of the United Nations Special Programme for the Economies of Central Asia (SPECA), KAUBIA has become the pilot coordinator for the development of a network of business incubators under this program in Kazakhstan.

Focus: high-tech and scientific-intensive startups at the early Pre-Seed stage.
In 2024, it was awarded the status of Innovation Commercialization Centers within the framework of the Interstate Program for Innovative Cooperation of the CIS Member States for the Period up to 2030 (Operator Skolkovo Foundation, Russian Federation).
