Deep Tech Ecosystem Architect (Central Asia). PhD in Catalysis and Petrochemistry (specialized in substance identification using NMR), Engineer. International expert in technology transfer, investor. Founder of a Kazakhstan–China international trade and brokerage platform (JD). Practitioner in Lean Six Sigma and Lean Startup methodologies.

Founder and CEO of KENDALA venture company (portfolio of 12 projects), co-founder of startups (exits in 2021 and 2025).

Member of the Council of Young Scientists of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, member of the American Chemical Society (USA), participant of the working group on identification of pharmaceutical substances using NMR at the International Council for Harmonisation (Switzerland), member of the Public Council of the Science Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

First Vice President and co-founder of the Association of Business Incubators and Accelerators of Universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan (KAUBIA).

Education: Al-Farabi Kazakh National University (Bachelor’s), Satbayev University (Master’s, PhD), internship at Saint Louis University (USA).
